Foam pad: PU includes two types of cold-cured high resilience and heat-cured general foam.
The former has a rebound rate of 70-80%, repeated compression residual deformation (50%, 70 ℃, 22 hours): <8%, density 42-45kg/m3. Elongation at break: 100-130%. The latter has poor resilience and tear strength, and some add a large amount of talc in order to reduce costs and improve hardness. General foam is basically used in low-end cars.
